Hi Steve

It was certainly worth the wait!

We took delivery of new Auto Trail Serrano on 19th June following an order just after the NEC November show.

This is the 3rd motorhome that Andy Davies has sold to us. As usual he was very professional, efficient, courteous, & kept me informed of the order status.

I'd like you to pass on my appreciation to all of the team involved - not just Andy & Kevin D who were the main players, but to your admin & vehicle prep teams.

As with previous sales, nothing was too much trouble to organise.

I gave Kevin D a long 'wish list' of 'extras' I wanted on the Serrano. I really appreciate his unique positive approach! He never appears to have a problem - only solutions!

Top man!

I collected the van from Lower Weare, & at handover Kevin was meticulous in checking I was happy with all aspects of the van. He quickly actioned an issue with the overhead LED lighting, one of the technicians quickly rectifying a faulty connecter.

I was very impressed how well the new van was valeted - I thought I kept the previous Mohawk reasonably clean inside & out, but your team take cleaning to another level!

Whilst we were waiting for the electrical fix, 2 ladies in a borrowed VW T5 conversion arrived thinking that Lower Weare was the sales site. We got chatting, extolling the excellent service we've had from you over the years. They are new to the motorhome scene, so we swapped stories & suggested they have a good look at all the various types of van you have available at Brent Knoll, & pointed them in the right direction.

We called by the showroom on the way home for a coffee & browse in the shop - and spent some more money! We again met up with the 2 ladies who were smitten by the black VW Transporter Sport you have for sale, & appeared to be embarking on negotiations after an hour or so on site!

Unfortunately Andy was not available that afternoon, but I will catch up with him on the phone at sometime.

It may have filtered through to you either via Kevin D or reception that my wife Jill is walking 25 miles across the Brecon Beacons on 30th June in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Many thanks for the WCM £25 cheque for this worthy cause.

Regards to all for your professional service - much appreciated!
