Dear Mr Pike,

I am writing to you this morning to record my thanks for the excellent service I received from your service team this week which has enabled me to continue with my holiday plans after a major heating failure in my Bailey motorhome.

I originally purchased my motorhome from WCM  because your company appeared to have a good reputation, that decision has been more than vindicated.

Worthy of particular mention is Dan ( and of course the team) who went far beyond the normal call of duty over a two day period persevering in solving a problem which had no obvious solution. I would also like to pass on my thanks to Liz who as usual kept our spirits up during a frustrating period.

I would be grateful if you could thank these two employees on my behalf.
