Customer Notice Covid-19 Update - 16 April

Following instructions from the Government our sales and service centres remain closed until further notice.

We anticipate that we will be able to return by the end of May and will announce here as soon as we have further details. The safety of customers and staff is paramount, so we thank you for your patience and understanding in these uncertain circumstances.

If you have an enquiry, emails are being monitored at info@wcmh.co.uk  though we may not be able to respond right away.

Although we are unable to arrange service or repair bookings until we know when we can resume operations, we will endeavour to deal with the backlog as quickly as possible and anyone who has missed a booking will be prioritised. Manufacturers are extending the periods for servicing to comply with warranty so you will not lose out.

We expect there to be a shortage of new motorhomes for the rest of this season due to the lack of components from Europe, this in turn will create a high demand for the used sector. A motorhome will be one of the best and safest ways to holiday for some time after the restrictions on travel are lifted, so start looking now.
