Just like to thank Dan, Max and the rest of the team for the after sales work which I have found to be first class and I cant fault.

I bought a new Auto-Trail EKS in 2018 which we were very pleased with.

We had a problem with the roof awning as the new models had a gap so when it rained you got wet if sitting out under the awning. West Country sorted this straight away with a rubber seal along the complete length of the awning. When we had our habitation check they found a fault on the cooker which we had not realised and sorted it straight away.

This year we had a leak on the central roof light which was again sorted straight away.

We have heard that other dealers do not offer the same service as west Country motorhomes so keep up the good work it is very much appreciated.

What everyone should realise that any faults on our motorhomes is due to manufacturers faulty workmanship and the dealers have the trouble in putting them right so in this day and age. It is nice to have a dealer who cares about their after sales side of the business.
