Customer Notice Covid-19 Update - 13 May
Ready, steady . . . . it’s not quite Go! yet but following the Prime Minister’s announcements over the last few days, if nothing changes in the interim, we will re-open on Monday 1st June.
Our Service & After Sales Department will resume work and we are now taking bookings via our website service enquiry form. The sales centres at Swindon and Brent Knoll will also be open and ready to help you choose your next motorhome.
The well being of both customers and staff is still our main priority so we ask anyone visiting our sites to be patient and understanding with the measures we need to implement for everyone’s safety.
Those of you who have missed collections or servicing will be contacted and prioritised as soon as we are back at our desks, again please bear with us as we work through the backlog.
We expect there to be a shortage of new motorhomes for the rest of this season due to the lack of components from Europe, this in turn will create a high demand for the used sector. A motorhome will be one of the best and safest ways to holiday for some time after the restrictions on travel are lifted, so start looking now.
